I think these allegorical artworks depicting various law-related images are pretty common in court buildings. I once saw a huge allegorical painting in a Cleveland courtroom. I would guess that Judge Moore's case will be hurt by the fact that he clearly intends to make some sort of pro-Judeo-Christian statement as opposed to stressing the value of the rule-of-law.

On a lighter note, one of my favorite people, a Jewish woman who was a very close friend of my family for more than fifty years always told me that the funniest thing she had ever seen was the incident in a Mel Brooks movie when Moses comes down from Mt. Sinai. Moses says, "I have brought you the Fifteen Commandments." Then one of the tablets falls and shatters and he says: "... I mean the Ten Commandments."

Exactly. This is all about Roy Moore.
