Well no kidding.. they have the duty. Hmm, wonder where I got that idea. Must have been their oath of office. If you want to split hairs, just tell us that you want to argue for the sake of argument. And the last time someone defended our Constitution.. You are either cynical and blind or acting willfully ignorant. Just because Democrats have acted like we live in a socialist regime for 40+ years doesn't mean everyone else has.
