Feds have no rights telling the states what to do, especially if it is against the public's will.

Unless of course, the state (or its officers) is violating the federal constitution, regardless whether the state is acting with public support.

why is that??? all over the country, you hear of communities trying to force legal businesses out of business because it doesn't suit "community standards" so how can the feds enforce something that is clearly constitutional and is in good standing with state standards?
