I, too, dress no differently for work or church services - I dare say most who are so adamant about the necessity of dressing "up" their outward appearance for Sunday would be better served on reflecting about the likelyhood of dressing down their spirituality for the remainder of the week.IT really gets down to attitude, doesn't it?
Jesus accepted the sincere downtrodden as they were while rejecting the arrogant, self-righteous religious leaders of his time.
I once studied and worshipped with a group who were 'come as you are' to home group sessions, yet pushed 'best you own' for the weekly formal services. It worked well.

Largely agree.
However, I've just become exceedingly wary at much of anything which lifts up external vs heart emphases in worshipping God.
The heart issue is just soooooooooooooooo critical and the seductions of the tangible sooooooooooooo pervasive and hard to avoid.
On a parallel with that--would be bending over backwards some distance to avoid causing any less supplied person to feel diminished by virtue of their lack of lofty clothing or even merely lack of choice to wear lofty clothing out of their better heart attitude to show up as soon as possible with eagerness to worship.
