The biker crowd would be a difficult one for many conservative styled Christians. Yet I'd rather, say, a Hells Angel come into the church where I minister music, complete with tattoos, smelly ragged jeans, tee shirt, and nose ring, and hear the gospel and be saved, than have him (or her) remain on the street and eventually go to the real Hell.

I have a good friend in this church who does have a problem with the bikers. It just makes him uncomfortable and he feels threatened a little because, from his point of view, they threatened the "law and order" (i.e., the staid routine) in the service by, say, singing more exuberantly than others.
But he does love the bikers and I tell him, hey, God made roses for people who love roses and marigolds for people who love marigolds.
There are as many ways for believers to get together and declare their love and submission to God as there are believers. And if we just aren't a "rose" person we have freedom in Christ to move on to the next "garden" and enjoy the "marigolds."
What I don't believe we are free to do is impose a dress code for roses so that they have to look like marigolds or we think they are not worshipping God up to our standards.
