we must invoke the favor and guidance of Almighty God-- Judge Moore's comments at the dedication of the monument.

You claimed (in #206) that Moore openly declared partiality. This is not that. Seeking favor and guidance from a supreme being is patently not the same as favoring or disfavoring parties before the court based on their religious inclinations.

Your claim was vacuous.

Only because you do not wish to see it.

He makes that proclamation as he installs what he acknowledges to be the basis for Judeo-Christian beliefs, and openly states that he will not acknowledge the beliefs of others. In effect, he defines "God" for the State of Alabama, then sets up Judeo-Christian beliefs as a requirement for the distribution of Justice in Alabama...which is fine by you all I guess, but not constitutionally.

You do not want to see the prejudice because the prejudice is slanted your way.

By the way, in removing the monument, no one's rights under the First Amendment, not even Judge Moore's, are violated...unless you equate the existence of that monument as being central to your ability of worshipping God.

Do you?
