The article referred to a Kinder Morgan pipeline from LA. It is now carrying 85% as opposed to the usual 70%. Some of the shortfall is being made up from trucks which usually supply other AZ cities & towns, thus making their gas prices rise, although not as much. Most of that extra is from the Ciniza refinery in Ft. Wingate, NM.

How is gasoline getting into Phoenix now? By truck? Judging from the gas station lines, in two-liter soda bottles carried by joggers.
