The bomb was on bus number 2.
Live reports from the scene, Many causalties, and a number reported dead.
These are first reports. Eye witnesses report many many Casualties.
Bus runs from the Western wall to Central Jerusalem

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - An explosion ripped through a bus in Jerusalem on Tuesday, wounding at least six people, Reuters witnesses said.

They said a child was among those hurt in the blast in Jewish west Jerusalem. Ambulances were streaming to the scene.

Terror Attack on Board a Number 2 Bus

(IsraelNN.com) An Egged number 2 bus traveling towards the Western Wall was targeted in a terrorist bomb blast a short time ago according to preliminary reports. Eyewitnesses report the bus was full at the time of the blast.

ZAKA officials report the bus was at or near the intersection of Shmuel HaNavi Street and Route 1. Preliminary reports indicate dozens of persons have been wounded. An unspecified unmber of persons were killed in the powerful blast that has and there are already reports of an unspecified number of persons killed in the attack.

(IsraelNN.com) Preliminary reports from Jerusalem’s Shmuel HaNavi Street indicate dozens of persons were wounded in an explosion believed to have been caused by a terror attack. The explosion appears to have been on a bus in the Maalot Daphne neighborhood of the capital. More details to follow as information becomes available.
