I thank you for your response to Arne and his personally abusibve comments to me. I am kind of glad that the post was removed but I am also glad that I got to reproduce it it in my response. I have a thick skin I can take whatever abuse is handed out. I will not return abuse in the future. I will let them behave like what they are. I am sticking to rational debate.

I had one of these Free Trade advocates last night who was actively looking forward to Civil War in the USA because it would lead to a break up of the USA. I did hit the abuse button on my own post responding to him because I was concerned that he was walking the line about advocating the violent overthrow of the US government. I did not ask that his posts be pulled but I did ask the admin moderator to review for the sake of Free Republic

I guess I am becoming a leader of the Sane Trade Policy movement. I guess that carriers some responsibilities. So I will control my anger.

No problem harpseal. I can't judge Arne too harshly - I used to rudely flame a bit myself (you may recall a nudge from a certain Admin Moderator). As you know, these can be highly emotional issues - jobs, family support, esteem, foreigners, etc. - understandable the urge to vent. I just hope the Arnester comes around. I learned that if you don't insult people, you're much more likely to get an informative response.

And yea, you are becoming a leader of the Sane Trade Society. You seem to be moving step-by-step towards exerting influence on this issue. Stay the course.
