I am misspelling his name in major way but it could be the work of Muniyega who engineered the Marine barracks bombing in Lebanon in 1983 and who is associated with Al Queda. Whoever/whatever clan or mafia did the bombing will get big backslaps and bragging rights in the "terrorist community". My theory is the UN means nothing to them. All they know and care is it's a bunch of foreigners operating there. So kill them for Allah.

Many thanks for figuring out who I was referring to. This IMAD FAYEZ MUGNIYAH guy is very bad news. Could be this Islamokazi demon behind today's UN bombing or some other guerrilla cell looking for bragging rights.
