Sorry to be so long in reply...I was struggling with a sinus headache yesterday, crashed early...feel much better this morning...amazing what a good night's sleep can do for ya.

Colorado...I kinda think anywhere in the Rockies is magic, but I'm especially drawn to the SW corner...Durango, Mesa Verde (where the Cliff Palaces are)...and, of course, Telluride, which I just visited for the first time.

Beautiful canyonlands and sacred Indian country are right next door, and you can pass through them on the way.
