You have an excellent point. They claim Elvys was killed, but who can really believe that? This poor Jacobs fella is in quite a pickle. He's going to rot in jail for murder, while Elvys will surely be sighted everywhere from the home decorating stores to the shoe outlets to the cosmetics counter at Neiman Marcus to the Blue Oyster bar. What a drag.
