The key is to just let it all roll off your back. I'm in my ninth (and hopefully final) year of higher education now, and I just go to the "happy place" in my mind whenever I hear the words, "diversity", "multi-culturalism", or "euro-centric".
"Tolerance" is a bit too strong of a word to describe what I do when idiot professors and campus nutjobs open their mouth. "Ignore" is probably a more apt description.
