Why? Most dems look conservative compared to this clown. Even if that was anywhere close to the truth...
Bustamante is NOT one of them.
I say vote for Arnold in the straw poll because Simon and McClintock both need to get te message that they cannot win this election.
If they don't figure this out somehow, then we will have Governor Cruz Bustamante.
It is just that simple.
To: DrMartinVonNostrand
Only a misguided, "go team", uneducated, RINO (even though I'm not an R) would vote for Arnold!.
Or maybe a liberal.
To: DrMartinVonNostrand
I other words:
I don't vote my conscience.
I vote my intellect.
To: D. Brian Carter
Who is the real liberal?
The one who votes for a pro-business Republican,
or the one who helps Cruz "Azlatan" Bustamante get elected?
To: CyberCowboy777
My vote for McClintock duly recorded...
Thanks Cyber...

I would think one would vote McClintock to send the proper message to Arnold myself. Unless you want Arnold to think the republicans support his policy. But suit yourself, show the man that you don't really care if he triples the property tax.

Why should we even CONSIDER consider changing the PROVEN electoral strategy which has work so well for so long in California?
DEATH before ELECTABILITY!
Check out THIS list of recently elected statewide officials, and see if you can identify any kind of a PATTERN: Governor

Cruz Bustamante - RAT
Attorney General
Bill Lockyer - RAT
State Treasurer
Phil Angelides - RAT
State Controller
Steve Westly - RAT
Secretary of State
Kevin Shelley - RAT
Insurance Commissioner
John Garamendi - RAT
State Superintendent of Public Instruction
Jack O'Connell - RAT
.
U.S. Senator
Dianne Feinstein - RAT
U.S. Senator

.
U.S. House of Representatives

Why would we ever even THINK ABOUT doing anything other than we always HAVE done? < /sarcasm >

Sad, very sad indeed.
Everyone knows what Buffett said about the property tax, but no one seems to know that Arnold quickly disavowed it.
Arnold himself was even a speaker at the Proposition 13 Silver Aniversary gala.
Please, try to educate yourself before you go around spreading damaging misinformation about good Republican candidates. Otherwise, what makes you any different than a Democrat?
To: DrMartinVonNostrand
I heard one of his "advisers" come out against it. I haven't seen arnold take a stand on much of anything. To be this far along in the process and have no positions is what is sad, very sad indeed.
