Good points. I do have a question to the West Virginia guys out here. Is the .223 legal for deer?

I feel it is not right to profile the pickup as "Black", as this will cause lots of self-esteem problems for other pickups of color.Don't worry- since it's a black pickup Je$$e Jackson will be there to defend it right away.

Yes it's legal to use .223 for deer. My wife plans to use our Bushmaster for hunting this year. I normally use a BAR in .308, or a 12 gauge slug gun because we also hunt in Ohio and they don't allow rifles of any caliber there for deer.

That's bad news. I hope the authorities don't think a legal deer hunter had anything to do with this. Asking gunowners to have their AR's checked last time was bad enough.

Well: drugs, and a .22.
Unless the press reports are wrong, of course. I could be .223 but he would have to have spent a few more bucks to get an AR-15 that can deliver headshots at 70 yards.
