Later Thursday Night = Friend of HILLARY Liberal Canadian Government states on TV that the Power Blackout was due to a Lightning Strike on a Buffalo, New York Nuclear Power Plant

Even later Thursday Night = U.S. Government Lightning Map is published showing that U.S. Lighting Strikes on Thursday went no further north than the Carolina's.
