It seems to me this is grounds for judicial impeachment. I live in MA, so it is pointless, but I would suggest that voters who live in areas where they have congressional representation contact their senators and reps about this...

I recall Californians either impeached justice Rose Bird or forced her retirement following a number of extra-judicial rulings.
