This is a reverse Florida tactic. They declared disenfranchisement after our election. In California, they are anticipating disenfranchisement so denying the will of the people who signed the Petitions.

The dems know that if a pubbie wins California, they will really get trounced in 04. I think they'll get trounced anyway. There's no way the dems are going to win Florida in 04.

This is really about Hillary. She has delusions about getting back in the White House. Davis is just a pitiful pawn.

...I woke up this morning exclaiming that this sounds a lot like another Friend of CLINTON ..Judge STEPHEN REINHART's Dirty Judicial Trick.

...Seems the Los Angeles Times is getting a similiar itch about this as well..?

...It all now makes me wonder about the San Diego Judge who ruled at the end of the day Friday two weeks ago ...allowing Recall Voters who don't vote on the Recall itself to vote for a DAVIS Replacement anyway = Easier to Vote Democratic, perhaps..?
