...The Monday after this Judge FOGEL "Temporary" NO RECALL" Decision the Justice Dept gave its immediate Pre-clearance for 1 of the 4 Minority-Challenged Counties (Monterey) Judge FOGEL was using as his excuse to not go ahead with the October 7th Election.
...Still no word yet from the Justice Dept on its Pre-Clearance for the other 3 Counties which is imperative for the RECALL to go ahead on October 7th.
