Africans have never been able to stop determined invaders. Never. The Chinese will not have our 21st Century guilt trips and squeamishness. They will take over Africa because the can, and they will. When the Chinese have a billion in China and 300 million in Africa, they will be THE world super power. America is just following France in decline, a few decades later.

What makes you think that the opinions of the Africans in the street will matter?

Do you think that the "leadership" in Liberia, Uganda, Zimbabwe, or a bunch of other places will turn down $100M in an overseas bank account in exchange to issuing official permission for Chinese "aid workers" to come in?

The whites in South Africa and Zimbabwe had the place conquered despite being outnumbered 10-20 to 1.

The drunken/drugged-up teens with AK's that comprise most of the "armies" of Africa are pretty good at terror. Resisting trained and disciplined troops who DO NOT CARE if they have to exterminate the populace in order to pacify the area is another story
