Is it an exaggeration that law enforcement can request records of your financial transactions from banks, credit card companies, PayPal, etc. and almost always get them without a warrant?

Is the confiscation of cash something thay happens in a free country?

Is the fact that ISPs and telcos offer up all kinds of information about you without a warrant or subpoena something that should happen in a free country?

Just because you happen to like the guy in the Presidency now doesn't mean you should be complacent about a crypto-Marxist like Hillary coming to power. Projects like TIA could readily be applied to the task of enforcing gun registration.
