If this knob wanted to get to Washington, he could drive his automobile. Last I checked, there aren't checkpoints at any state crossings.
If he wants to fly, he can show his fricken ID just like the rest of us.

Last I checked, there aren't checkpoints at any state crossings. That's because the fedgov strong-armed the states into uniform drinking ages.
They probably will return for tobaco tax enforcement.
