Congress funds many things I don't like. There is nothing unconstitutional abut it funding religion. Government always has--from buying bibles, hiring clergy and giving land to missionaries in the early congresses to spending billions every year today on Pell and Child Care Development Block Grants which go to religious institutions.

If you don't like what government funds, the answer is the ballot box, not shopping for liberal judges who will pretend the constitution means exactly the opposite of what it does.

Concede that power to judges and what you want could be next on the judicial hit list.

Well, as I said to Xzins, the issue for me is if (as he maintains) Judge Moore is NOT spending Public Monies.
