LOS ANGELES (AP) - Actor Tom Sizemore was convicted Friday of one count of physically abusing former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss and several charges of harassing and annoying her, but he was acquitted of 10 other counts.

The 41-year-old star of "Black Hawk Down" and "Saving Private Ryan" faces up to four years in prison, but he and his attorney focused on the acquittals on the majority of charges, including three of the most serious.

His performances in Private Ryan and Black Hawk Down are fantastic. $100k bail seems awfully excessive to me..

Who is this guy: Oh, he played the crusty old sergeant on Saving Private Ryan.

Great performance. I love the shoot, shoot, throw the gun, throw the helmet sequence. Sometimes the difference between life and death is how many times you have practiced throwing your helmet.

"The actor cried..."

At least he didn't take care of her Natural Born Killers style like Jack Scagnetti did.

I like him as an actor - his short-lived CBS police series last year, "RHD" was actually pretty good. USA had been showing the remainder of the filmed episodes after CBS canned it. I don't know if it's still running over there though.

Yep, that's my favorite shot of the movie.. And I like the slow stabbing one and the sniper-through-the-eye one too.
