This paragraph is confusing. What point is Sid trying to make. Didn't Bill already sue Franken over this issue. And .. isn't that why Bill yelled at him. I was watching the program, and Franken was smirking while Bill was glaring. However, Sid never bothers to explain what Franken said. If what Franken said was true - then why didn't Sid explain it - to further cement his case. Could it be that Franken was LYING - and surely Sid didn't want to point that out .. interesting ..??
