This again maybe a winner maybe not, the GOV by himself cannot reinstitute this legilation it has to be fought out in the court, the 9th Circus court .In any case whichever candidate supports this has my vote.You simply cannot fix CA without adressing this issue.I'm liking Mclintock more every day.
