What activities are the family doing with Teri....no need to wait for money to start rehab.
Would they like ideas from those of us that have been careproviders?
It would be nice to move on from who is the bad guy as the focus to how can Teri start living today as to activities.
Parents may want to start thinking of how to improve representing Teri's right to life.
We spend alot of time with care but keep active with discussion, media stupidness really gets King Vanity laughing and respondeing. What subjects get Teri responding. Bringing these things out portray her as a person with interests. Does she show displeasure that could be encouraged and documented.
What type of communication system is being developed. King turns his head to the right for YES and left for NO.
Bootom line get the rehab going. there are enough resouces that mooney need not be an issue.
Ifeel it would strengthen her case to focus on how her life is being rebuilt.
Can some one strap a color marker in her hand and have her start some art project.
king paints like an elephant using his trunk so at we tape silver liqued pens in his hand and he swipes at clear charge plates(he sweats bullets trying to hit his target) then I have him pick a color and I spray paint the plate and clear gloss it. He gives out his limited editions and loves to look at the outrageous prices for similar plates in the tourist Art galleries.
I know you have said Mom has limited access but these things can take place.
Come time to submit reports to court it will show a program being developed.
Does anyone on this thread have a direct link to the family to share what more other than arguing about her feedings is going on. Be nice to see a bigger picture.
Personally I would not just focus on one thing.
Start having Teri choose by holding up two objects if her sight is ok.
If she can signal for Yes and No aks her endless questions to start forming her interests. What other daily activities does she do?

I finally got around to viewing the video clips of Terri.
Did a Google search--and found the most interesting--and frightening audio clip of a former girlfriend of Michael calling into a radio station.
Check out the link-Terri Schiavo clips and click on "Girlfriend." She seems pretty scared of the husband. She believes Terri was bulimic and abused by her husband. This woman says she was seeing Michael for about a year following Terri's trauma.
There is also a bone scan from shortly after Terri collapsed. Said she had multiple trauma over a lengthy period. The link for that is Bone Scan.
Additional research discovered that hubbie wants Terri cremated immediately upon her death. Another dubious desire on his part.
Next week ends the stay against pulling Terri's feeding tube unless another stay can be granted.
