GOVERNOR DAVIS ANNOUNCES THE POWER OUTAGES ON THE EAST COAST POSE NO THREAT HERE.Duh! I'm sure everybody in California feels a sense of relief knowing the Governor is on the job protecting them from East Coast blackouts. Did I detect a little air of smug superiority in his message?
