SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Arnold Schwarzenegger added more brawn to his campaign team on Thursday by announcing ex Secretary of State George Shultz would join his campaign as an economic adviser, according to the candidate's spokesman.
Seeking to counter opponent's attacks that the muscleman-turned-actor was not qualified to serve as California's governor, Schwarzenegger has assembled a team of political veterans behind the scenes and some top finance names in the foreground.
On Wednesday, he named billionaire Democrat Warren Buffett as his senior economic adviser, then donated $1 million to his own campaign to help fund the new team.
Spokesman Sean Walsh said on Thursday that Shultz, who served as secretary of state under president Ronald Reagan, would also join the economic advisory team.

Oh no! His family owns Bechtel! That means Arnold is in the pocket of the Evil Oil Industry. Call Arianna.

And who said Arr_Nuld was all brawn and no brains?
Wilson, Buffet, and now Shultz. You have to admit these are some pretty savvy moves...

Wilson, Buffet, and now Shultz. You have to admit these are some pretty savvy moves... I really don't see how adding Flip Wilson, Jimmy Buffet, or Sergeant Schultz is going to help very much.

Ariana is busy meeting with her fat cat tax accountants. She is really a sickening human being. I think the prescription should be steady neglect. I apologize for mentioning her name and promise to not do so again. Ever.

I really don't see how adding Flip Wilson, Jimmy Buffet, or Sergeant Schultz is going to help very much. Don't be an idiot. He is obviously talking about Carnie Wilson, Chinese Buffett, and I think maybe Schutz is his puppy.

'08? You are nuts-if you mean a run for prez. Have you read the Constitution? It prohibits foreign born, naturalized citiezens from holding that office. I have realized entirely why they did that-in the last decade with this invasion of aliens. No foreigners! Has anyone seen the wonderful story about a man named Arnold & his sweet freind from Austria-Kurt? Furt had fun back in the old days-he dressed up in a cute uniform & had funny 'SS' on his lapel He did funny things to people-Arnold said at his wedding, that he & Maria loved Kurt. They toasetd him, to the horror of the Kennedy's!!
This will be really fun to see in the campaign.
