I suspect that every small, localized power outage will be reported. Pretty much anything that happens now is probably unrelated, given that the grid re-acheived equallibrium shortly after the cascading event.
I was concerned that as they brought power back they could spark another cascade. I don't understand very much about how this works.
Hope things go well in NY, Detroit and Cleveland tonight. I can't imagine the panic the Ny-ers felt when the power went out. Scary stuff.
