MARION -- In 1999, the Ohio Parole Authority gave "Irish" Johnny Harvey 10 more years before he would be eligible for release. Five relatives have died while he's been behind bars at Marion Correctional Institution and his daughter's growing up without getting to spend any time with her dad.

This POS is a murderer and not being able to infect his daughter with his miserable presence is a good thing.
I feel sorry for the kid..maybe she'll find someone decent to play the father role.

Of course she could spend time with her dad--at the prison. However,
Incarcerated since 1985, Harvey is serving his 18th year of a 15-year to life sentence for murder.
The family of Harvey's murder victim can only see their dead family member at the cemetery.
