How about you let the campaign upfold first
and let Tom try to make a race of it
before saying he has no chance.
Well yes. McClintock is getting more money than he has ever before, and could do something with it unlike last election. He could catch fire with the independants. (Which he has not done so far.) Arnold could crash and burn.
Unfortunately for Tom, I don't think these things will happen. However, he will be poised to move his career in politics on.

Lt. Gov. 25 Arnold 22 McClintock 9 and Simon 8.

Mc needs to up his support amongst Republicans substantially if he is going to win...... Currently he is only at 19% among Republicans and that won't cut it, imo. Maybe he can, time will tell.
