Cuba. I don't think Canadians should be given the same immigration priority as Cubans. Cubans are fleeing Communism--Canadians don't have that excuse.

As you probably know, we deny immigration to wealthy, educated people from (ahem) white countries, but, permit virtually unlimited immigration to any people of color from poor countries. That policy is insane.
