Good news. It appears sanity has broken out, at least temporarily. Of course, the Palis will caterwall that Israel has "broken the truce" and "forced their hand" while the simple fact is the PA has done nothing to live up to their obligations under phase 1 of the Roadmap. All they've been doing is screaming about the wall and prisoner releases, when there's absolutely nothing about either issue in Israel's obligations under the plan.

SOP for Pali wailing...ignore your real and agreed to obligations and raise up unrelated demands and scream and moan that Israel's failure to comply with their new demands means they don't really want peace.

For the PA the message should be made clear: Deep six the terror groups now or forget about the Roadmap, and be prepared for the IDF to do the job you were supposed to do.
