The first guy may sue the Phillies, the Vet and, each member of the Phillies team and management for "facilitating" the transmission of known deadly diseases, knowingly allowing one or more persons with a deadly disease to enter and frequent a place where alcohol was served, and failing to post warning signs informing all those seated in the designated sections about the dangers of promiscuous homosexual activity. The drinker feels, and rightly so, that he had the right to enjoy the game without putting his life at risk.
