Under discussion at tomorrow's hearing,in Judge Girolami's court roomwill be:
Defense motion to close hearing.
Media motion to allow televison and audio.
DA motion for venue survey.
Court inquiry reguarding possible defense violation of protective order. This last item, was extensively discussed on the CTV forum,it was thought that the defense attorney who showed a picture of art at the Bulb, prompting discussion of the satanic theory, upset Judge Girolami by violating the gag order. The outcome of the hearing will be extemely interesting!
I have sure missed you Jackie-O. I'm so sorry about your Uncle Joe. What a wonderful life he led. It was a real inspiration reading the testimoney of people whose lives had been blessed, by knowing him.
I am leaving on vaction. We are going to Long Beach,WA, for the kite festival. I will be without a computer,so I will have a lot of catching up to do,when I return.

Did you all hear the latest from a report on fox news this morning? The painter (well, other painters have helped...) of numerous paintings located near where Laci was found denies any association with satanism. He said he and other painters bring their families..and basically made the paintings a 'group' project. SP's attys are trying to connect the satanist theory, the paintings w/Laci's death..I know you know that part.

it was thought that the defense attorney who showed a picture of art at the Bulb, upset Judge Girolami by violating the gag order I can see it now. Trial begins with Geragos and Scott wearing their best suits, while Dalton is sitting at the table with them, wearing jail-issue clothes.
