I did it..I went to the doctor(and the tremor I have sometime is a mystery)and told him maybe the diagnosis was gork!Just for that I must have an MRI......;)

I sent the WWOTD to my son, Steve (Professor at a School of Medicine in Florida), and this is his response:

"One of my favorite words. We used it differently though. When I gave a patient IV sedation, and they reached La La Land, I'd say the patient was "really gorked out"..."

At least the MRI will be painless for you.....how soon?
