I was sitting at a stop sign with my window down, when two teenaged boys rode by and let me have it with a water pistol. They laughed like loons as they sped away, and I was so upset, felt so violated, and so unsafe, that I started crying and couldn't stop.You poor thing. Is there anything we can do?
