But it shows you how unpopular Nader is in some circles for draining votes away from Democrat Al Gore in the 2000 presidential race.I love to see them turning to devour one another. It just gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling inside.

Grrrrr..
Biased reporting. When anybody else not a darling of the left gets this, they train the camera on them afterwards. Here they said "he took it in good strid."
Why didn't they show him all shook up?!

Thanks for the ping.
I got a pie in the face once. It was my birthday, I was playing a gig - and I sang some tune, ended it (on a literal, abrupt high note), turned my head and BLAM. Pie in the face, courtesy of the male lead singer in the band.
I wiped off what I could in the ladies room, and heard some girl saying, "It was so funny when that singer got the pie in the face. She DESERVED it!"
LOL (NICE.)
As if that wasn't bad enough, I had to sleep at our bass player's parents' farm that night, and woke up with flies on my face and in my hair (we arrived in the middle of the night and I couldn't take a shower or anything).
I doubt Nader's experience was as bad as mine. : )
(Still, this is cool.)

Captured on tape --- I laughed! The pie-thrower got away too!

Ralph took 90,000 votes in Florida. Had he not run, we would be lamenting another inane decision by President Gore.
To: Cyclops08
Yes, yes, and I'm looking forward to his candidacy again in 2004! ;-)

When NBC gives Arnold the opportunity to make his announcement for public office on one of the highest rated shows, when it's followed with the cover of Newsweek and the cover of Time Magazine, this celebrity status is causing him to be exempt from ordinary political inspection
But it's peachy keen when Dean gets the Newsweek and Time covers the same week.

"I have an obligation to the eight million people ... who went to the polls last November. They asked me to do a job and I'm going to do it."No, only about 3 of those 8 million actually voted FOR you.

News Max --
Greens Blame Democrats for Pie Attack on Nader......It's so sad to see the left devouring itself. Peter Camejo, the Green Party's nominee for governor of California, is blaming DemoRats for a pie attack on Ralph Nader.......
.......The Sore Losermans, it seems, are still miffed that Nader helped get President Bush elected. But we don't recall any Republicans assaulting Ross Perot after he greased Bill Clinton's way into the White House.
