Yes, those are chemtrails. You also know the difference. The thing that bothers me the most about this stuff is that it started back during Clinton's tenure. Big time.

Who knows, maybe there is some beneficial reason for this? All I know is that they aren't normal contrails.

If someone is spraying something with the idea of dropping it on the population of the country, why would they do it at a height that guarantees it won't fall to earth in any significant quantities and is impossible to predict where the small remnants will come down?

All in all a rather stupid abd inefficient way of getting things into the people you want to affect.
