For those who can't hear the show, KRLA 870am in LA, Pete is focusing on how he worked on helping business owners, by cutting red tape, regulatory requirements, etc. He said he knows Arnold knows what needs to be done and that he can do it!
To: Cinnamon Girl
I also support Arnold!
To: Cinnamon Girl
Pete Wilson supporting Arnold? I heard he's working for him. (Smart move by the way.)
To: Cinnamon Girl
Wilson (I will not run for president if you re-elect me governor) supports a RINO...
Is anyone surprised?

To: Cinnamon Girl
I don't know if that is good or bad.

Pete Wilson endorsing Aunold? Well no kidding...what a revelation! Wilson and his whole crew just so happen to be working for Aunold. Would you endorse your boss? duhhhh...Let me know when Aunold will be debating McClintock. Then Aunold will be taken to school and looking for an after-school program on CA governing! We don't have time to train a governor. Only 57 days 'til we DUMP DAVIS! VOTE 4 MCCLINTOCK!

It doesn't surprise me. Pete Wilson is Arnold's campaign manager.

It can't hurt, but I want to see Kemp or some other supply-siders getting on board soon. If we get little tax increases and little spending cuts from Arnold, he will just pilot the Titanic to the bottom and take Republicans with him.
To: Cinnamon Girl
I made the prediction in about 1991 that Pete Wilson was going to be the next President. Boy was I off.
To: Cinnamon Girl
I've never claimed to understand the dynamics of California politics...and for lots of reasons...I was initially a luke-warm (at best) supporter of the recall.
But now that it's here, I humbly ask my Califonia freeper friends to circle the wagons and put a Republican in the state house.
Anything less would be, IMHO, a psychological blow to momentum going into 2004.
To: Cinnamon Girl
Y'all listening? Yep Totally predicatable. Birds of a feather. Pete Wilson nearly destroyed the GOP in California. Arnold has come along to finish the job.

Loud and clear. I believe Issa did too, didn't he? Thanks
To: Cinnamon Girl
Yup. On today's show Rush noted Arnold's NOT a conservative. That much is clear. But what's also clear is Arnold, unlike the liberals, doesn't pretend to someone he's not. Use that knowledge to decide who you vote for on Oct. 7th.

As a Californian who will vote in the recall election, my opinion will have , (at least), the weight of one vote.
In California, I watched in 1992 how Mullholland smeared Hertshoson(sp?) with a ridiculous lie, & caused enough conservative stay home to elect Boxer.
In 1998, Matt Fong reached out to Gays, & enough conservatives thought that he was no good because of that, & they stayed home, reelecting Boxer.
In 2000, Feinstein was reelected because her opponent, Tom Campbell, favored letting a woman decide if she wanted to have an abortion, & enough conservatives thought he was no good because of that, & stayed home.
In 2002 Conservatives got their man as a candidate for governor, Bill Simon, ( I voted for him in the primary, & the general election ) but he couldn't pull enough non conservatives, & he lost.
So now it's 2003, & we have a chance to turn things around.
So I'll ask all conservatives, if it's a week before the election, & McClintok and or Simon haven't closed the gap with Arnold, will you stand with us, so that we may WIN!
And put and end to Davis reign of terriers! ( mispelling deliberate)
