Let us know how things are going, periodically, if you'd like.
Logan had his evaluation yesterday by a team of doctors to check his progress.
Of course, we all knew he was progressing fine, but he had to prove it to the doctors.
They checked his ability to recognize Beth's voice from the next room and his motor skills.
He's been recognizing her voice since the first day in NICU!
He's been pulling his canula out for weeks now, so we knew he had good motor skills!
The only thing the doctors recommended differently than what Beth has been doing was to lay him on his stomach more often to strengthen his back.
The doctors were very pleased with his progress.
We're shooting for a target date of Christmas to get that canula out for good!
What a wonderful Christmas present for our Termite!
Dear Lord, please make it happen!
And now:
PICTURES!
YOU GO, TERMITE!!
Folks, for the last several weeks some of us have been discussing the miracles we've seen take place on this thread and on others where God's power is sought with fervent prayers for our sick loved ones.
He has shown us over and over that He is there to heal if we ask, and we thank God for His blessings.
At the same time, it's difficult to keep track of those who need the prayer warriors to petition God on their behalf.
For this reason, M0sby has graciously accepted the duty of starting a brand new prayer thread for our sick children and loved ones.
This thread will run continuously, and it will serve as a place to come when your hearts are heavy with grief over a sickness with your children or your loved ones.
We ask that all of the prayer warriors who have stood by Logan in his many peaks and valleys please join us to utilize this power of prayer for all the ones in need.
Logan opened the doors of our hearts to God's miracles.
This will be an extension of the Logan miracle.
God bless you all for being here and being a part of this miracle's life.
Miracles DO happen!
Please join us in a new thread devoted to prayers for those in need.
