I agree that most of it is crap and the more idiotic the guest is the more impressive his academic credentials are.

It is, however, entertaining and occasionally they have a guest on who I can respect.

Not everything they talk about is real obviously.

But, just because you don't personally see something doesn't mean it isn't real.

I have met some very smart people who have had first-hand battles with entities like demons (respected folks like pastors etc.)
