I agree with all of you but this one aspect aggravates me:
This may have the unintended consequence of uniting Republicans behind a candidate who is neither qualified nor ideologically suitable to be a **Republican** governor of California.
Be careful that your highly appropriate outrage against the Dem does not lead you to support a candidate who is against most of what you believe.

It's a moot point that he's not anywhere close to the conservative we'd hope for.
His NONpolitician somewhat conservative status is STILL likely to be the most potent thing available against the corruption and evil in Sacramento.
It will NOT WORK to assume, pretend, fantasize that someone else will win over Arnold.
It is NOT Arnold's nature to back out.
Face reality and go with Arnold to get rid of Grey Sewer Water. That's a lot better than none of the pie.
