My mother's little Episcopal church in Lower Alabama owns their building. They have simply stopped sending their dues to the national associations. Not a darn thing anybody can do to them. In addition, their deligates who voted in favor of the gay guy will have to appear before the people they represent and account for their votes. In short the local folks aren't happy about the way things turned out.
