I say we shall all be Californians when the bill comes due-it is very large & includes much more than mere money. This man has clearly stated he has 'conflicts' culturally. I think he demonstrates by other comments he has moral problems. Ethics. Standards. We cannot allow folks who have none to be in control of major govenrmental entities.

Almost all of his baggage is 20 years old, we need to cut some slack. The 70s and early 80s were a completely different universe as to how people behaved (we have a drunk driving, drug using President, yet, I think he is a very different and an extermly moral person now).

He is surrounded by Repubs and is already seeking their advice and council. His business and personal background shows courage and determination (his business accumen is unbelievable). His rags to riches story needs to replicated on a grander scale for California.

Now, if we could mold his social agenda and temper his liberal tendencies everyone would be happy.
