You know, three days into the Ahnold campaign and I've come to following conclusion: California is mad. Does anyone believe that this celebrity cum movie star cum bodybuilder, who at the best has served in a couple of ceremonial position (The President's Fitness Council for one), has any clue how to run a state with the fifth largest economy in the world? Personally, I like the guy's movies, but I hopefully wish that Californians get a grip and select someone with a little more gravitas as Governor.

Could not the same have been said about Ronald Reagan when he decided to run?????

No, because President Reagan already had viable and significant political positions before he ran for Governor.
