Gary Coleman has thrown his support to Arnold via CNN Friday night, but his name and that of anyone else who opts out from now on will still appear on a ballot, if there is one...

Thanks, I had not heard that. At least Arnold stands a good chance, but I cannot see why anyone would want such a thankless job. I'm sure that the freaks are looking for publicity, but Arnold certainly doesn't need it. From what I have seen, he is annoyed by the persistence of the media.

I heard tonight on MSNBC that Gary Coleman's name would be one of the 135 to appear on the California ballot, despite this. I just don't understand why he would bother, unless it's for the publicity. Arnold, on the other hand, seems to be a serious candidate.
