Bush, aka, is a conservative, not a perfect conservative, but a conservative: foreign policy, war, interventionism, military strength, criminal prosecutions, lower taxes, no further gun controls, opposition to abortion and to gay marriage; an understanding of the standard of Western Civilization that each of us is a child of God consisting of body and soul and that social calcification is not some unspoken human right. He will get my enthusiastic vote in 2004 and the votes of a majority of his grateful fellow Americans. The usual gang of malicious malcontents left or pseudoright will disagree.
