By emphasizing "ANOTHER CLINTON", we tie her to the hip of Bill and the scandals of original administration. Neat, clean and effective!

BTW - I think the Network should invest in two more 10x3 banners to be added to the "Anti-Hillary" service pack. "ANOTHER CLINTON" should be all caps and in red. Catches the eye of those speeding by!
